Payment terms
We accept payment by credit card and bank deposit. If you use your credit card to pay by Stripe, we do not store your credit card details. Please refer to Stripes Terms & Conditions for particulars regarding transactions. Payment is required by credit card at the time of consultation. First time appointments require a deposit of $50.00 at the time of the booking.
Delivery and shipping
Our deliveries of supplements to you are via Australia Post. We endeavour to send out supplements the day after the consultation via Express Post. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you do not receive your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us and we will follow up for you.
Communication of information
We are not able to monitor or respond to messages through email. Many questions need further clarification so we encourage you to call us if you have any questions. This is especially true for when you may wish to reschedule your appointment, as a mutually acceptable time needs to be arranged.
Refund policy and consumer guarantees
Refunds do not apply to consultations or natural medicines. You are encouraged to consider carefully whether a purchase is right for you before making a payment. If you feel that there is any problem with our services, please let us know as soon as possible. We are keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that we can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.
Respectful communication
We reserve the right to delete any comment on my website or social media accounts which is rude, offensive or which we deem to be unacceptable.
