Jim Wood at Centre of Health specialises in two areas, Women’s health and Stress related health issues. Stress management, anxiety and other symptoms such as depression, sleeping problems, headaches, lack of energy and many more can be helped in a variety of ways.

Treatments include herbal preparations, vitamins and special minerals, homeopathic medicines, as well as counselling, relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, massage and more.

Each treatment is individually planned according to the individual’s needs and symptoms.
